Everest SDS Dump Body Spreader

Everest SDS has standard high capacity telescopic hoist, double acting tailgate, and removable spreader disk assembly. The live action floor has a minimum 40º tip angle, sloped to sides.

7 gauge CorTen corrosion resistant, high tensile, unspliced steel plate.

Crossmembers:
3" I-Beam on 12" centers.

Sub-Frame:
4" X 2" rectangular tubing on 36" centers.

Longsills:
10" structural channel @ 20#/ft.

Bracing:
7" side & front corner posts.
15" rear corner posts.

Toprails:
4" box section with board pockets.

Rubrails:
Dirt Shedding, formed with side plate.

Tailgate:
Double acting with flame cut HD hardware.

Tilting floor section, progressively elevated, delivers material to longitudinal conveyor.

Spinner:

Front mounted floating trunnion telescopic.
