Designed for "One Ton" or larger light trucks, the Everest
ACPL patrol wing system turns a light truck into a fast and
maneuverable snow machine that can move snow as it accumulates and
be ready for quick clean-ups after the storm. The UHMW polymer
moldboard is light and tough. A perfect match for Everest RLTE
polymer plows.

Everest Wing Blades |

Conventional wing
blades are available in cutting lengths of up to 13 feet.
Trip-Edge wing blades are ideal for "down to the
pavement" operations where ground contact is continuous.
"Full Trip" mechanism is standard on all Everest

series.

- Paneled brake formed 10 gauge moldboard has greater rigidity and
better deflection capability.
- Heavy duty 3½" tension springs of 5/8" wire provide
reliable trip action.
- 10 flame cut 3/8" ribs insure maximum moldboard skin support for
severe plowing conditions while providing positive attachment for the
4 plated trip pins.
- ½" x 8" high carbon cutting edge is reversible for longer
wear.
- RTM - Plow hitching pins are on 31" centers and attached to an
HD oscillator bar allowing the plow to adjust to road contours.
- Heavy duty "A" frame sector assures stable angling.
- Twin power angling cylinders provide 0 to 35 degrees
of rotation and
maximum holding power and reliability.
- Formed, reinforced, wide-stance, sector module is
coupled to the
tubular front member providing superior resistance to torsion and
impact.
- The 6" x 4" x 5/8" backer angle is reinforced with
gussets and fitted with 2 moldboard shoes.

- Pin design permits off-season removal in minutes.

Tilting Procedure:
1. Remove handle-pin
from each side of hitch.
2. Install lock-pin.
3. Power the hitch cylinder to tilt hitch forward as required.
4. To return to plow position, reverse process.
Also available in a
"Quick-Couple" model (QC-PT 3A1505). System features
all-hydraulic rapid coupling system and one-man operation from the
cab. Government tested and approved design is compatible with most
major manufacturer's plow frames.
