Do-Al No Hoist Dump Body

The Hi-Way DO-AL is ready for year-round road maintenance and deicing. Spreads and bulk discharges up to 8 tons
per minute. Do-Al is constructed of heavy gauge steel
topped with a superior paint system to withstand years of continual use.'

Construction:
Heavy Duty 7 gauge hopper and stakes
¼" conveyor bottom and sills

Hydraulic system:
Hi-torque/hi-speed conveyor selector valve
In-cab control valve with independent control of conveyor and spinner
Built-in relief valve
20-gallon reservoir

Conveyor:
34" wide heavy-duty pintle chain conveyor system
½" x 1½" crossbars
Two 6:1 reduction single-pinion spur gear drives

Features:
Swinging rear endgate adjusts for controlled material flow
High-speed no-hoist dumping
Fully enclosed hinged hydraulic drive 24" diameter spinner
Quick-disconnect mounting kit enables quick removal and
mounting of spinner.

Do-Al Options

24" wide discharge elevator that swivels 180º
#4 belt-over-chain conveyor or a #4 hi-temp belt-over-chain conveyor with a temperature range of -10° F to 250° F
Hi-temp and abrasion resistant belting rated for temperatures of -10° F to 250° F.

E3020 Deicing V-box Spreader

The E3020 sander features the same quality workmanship and superior spread patterns found with the E2020XT deicing spreader.

Additional Features
Extra wide 30" conveyor allowing extra payload and reduced material bridging.
Dump spreader includes a swinging rear endgate that adjusts for controlled material flow and high-speed no-hoist dumping.
Available in painted carbon steel, painted 409 stainless steel, or unpainted 304 stainless steel.
