Complete immersion in electrodeposition gray epoxy prime paint featuring a zinc phosphate precoat and seal for additional corrosion protection. Prime paint is oven cured to provide a hard durable finish.

Rugged 14-gauge two-sided A-40 galvanneal steel body shell. with Knapheide's exclusive 5 year warranty.

Complete Undercoating, with a minimum of 6 mils of petroleum base material, provides extra protection from corrosion and road debris.

Double-shell 20-guage two-sided A-40 galvanneal steel hat section reinforced doors for durability. With Knapheide's exclusive 5 year warranty.

250-lb. capacity adjustable divider shelves made of spangled galvanized steel. Divider slots on 4" centers. With Knapheide's exclusive 5-year warranty.

Exclusive adjustable "Security-Ring' strikers provide strength, security and a weather tight seal.

Double Spring over center door closures on all vertical doors keeps door in positive open or closed position.

Medium gloss, mar resistant light gray finish brightens interiors.

Standard	Knapheide's most popular conventional service body features 40"h x 14½" or 20" side compartments.
Low-Profile	Features 36"h x 14½" or 20" side compartments. Ideally suited for current model trucks.
Ultra-Low	Features 32"h x 14½" or 20" side compartments. Provides excellent rear visibility for operator.

Flip-top Model Specifications

Flip-top models for top-opening storage.
Available in compact, ultra-low and low profile models. Adds 1½" to overall body height.
The 3½" clear inside height adds sotrage through the full length of the compartment top.
Lids are reinforced for strength.
Boxes longer than 108" have two lids.
Release located in horizontal compartment for maximum security.

250 lb loading capacity per drawer
Ball bearing drawer guides, easily removable drawers.
Positive thumb-release srawer latches keep drawers closed when not in use.
24" wide, 3" high, and up to 69" long depending on model. Individual drawers may be removed to store taller items.
Drawers divided lengthwise with permanent center dividers. Divider slots 4" on center, hemmed dividers.
